Before Your Visit
Do I need a patch test before laser or lash treatments?
Yes — a patch test is required at least 24 hours before your first lash extension or laser appointment. These are free and can be booked through Fresha.
How often should I get lash infills?
Classic and hybrid infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to keep your lashes looking full. We offer both 2-week and 3-week infill options at different price points.
Is there parking available?
Yes! Free parking is available near the salon on Byron Street. We're also close to public transport links in central Loughborough.
Can I bring my pet?
Absolutely — Lumora Belle is a pet-friendly salon. Well-behaved furry companions are welcome.
What's included in the microneedling bundle?
The bundle includes 3 microneedling sessions at a discounted rate of £170 (saving vs individual bookings). Each session is approximately 45 minutes.
How do I cancel or reschedule?
You can manage your booking directly through the Fresha app or website. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
