Before You Arrive
- ◆Book through Fresha — you'll receive a confirmation with the salon address and appointment details
- ◆If your treatment requires a patch test, make sure this is done 24-48 hours beforehand
- ◆Come with clean skin if you're having a facial, or clean lashes if you're having extensions
- ◆Wear comfortable clothing — you'll be lying back for most treatments
Arriving at the Salon
Lumora Belle is at 121 Byron Street, Loughborough. There's free on-street parking right outside. When you arrive, just come in — no buzzer or waiting room. It's a cosy, one-woman studio so you'll get my full attention from start to finish.
The Consultation
Every first appointment starts with a chat. I'll ask about what you're looking for, any allergies or sensitivities, and your previous experience with the treatment. This isn't a test — it's just so I can give you the best possible result.
There's no such thing as a silly question. If you're unsure about anything — the treatment, aftercare, pricing — just ask. I'd rather you felt 100% comfortable before we start.
During Your Treatment
Relax and enjoy. Most treatments at Lumora Belle are designed to be a calming experience. Ambient music, warm lighting, and a comfortable treatment bed. Many clients drift off during lash appointments — and that's perfectly fine.
After Your Treatment
I'll walk you through any aftercare instructions specific to your treatment, and you can book your next appointment before you leave or later via Fresha. No hard sells, no pressure — just great beauty care.
